合理選擇供電(dian)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)容量,保(bao)持(chi)其(qi)在(zai)經(jing)濟(ji)運(yun)(yun)行區變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)配電(dian)系(xi)統的(de)主要設備之一(yi),既是(shi)輸送電(dian)能(neng)的(de)設備,又(you)是(shi)消耗(hao)(hao)電(dian)能(neng)的(de)設備。研究變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)經(jing)濟(ji)容量,對于提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)運(yun)(yun)行效(xiao)率,降低變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)損(sun)耗(hao)(hao),具有十(shi)分(fen)(fen)重要的(de)節能(neng)意義。變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)損(sun)耗(hao)(hao)包括(kuo)空載(zai)(zai)損(sun)耗(hao)(hao)(鐵損(sun))和(he)負(fu)(fu)(fu)載(zai)(zai)損(sun)耗(hao)(hao)(銅損(sun))。鐵損(sun)隨負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)率的(de)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)而減小,銅損(sun)則(ze)反之。分(fen)(fen)析表明,當(dang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)銅損(sun)與(yu)鐵損(sun)相等(deng)時(shi),變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)總損(sun)耗(hao)(hao)最小,運(yun)(yun)行效(xiao)率最高(gao)(gao)。對1000kVA以(yi)下的(de)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)而言,負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)率在(zai)40% ̄60%范圍內屬經(jing)濟(ji)運(yun)(yun)行區,處于輕載(zai)(zai)(額定(ding)容量的(de)30%以(yi)下)或空載(zai)(zai)狀態(tai)時(shi)經(jing)濟(ji)性極差。選擇變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)容量,首先(xian)對負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)進行測(ce)算(suan),北(bei)環(huan)高(gao)(gao)速(su)的(de)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)選擇也是(shi)如此,但高(gao)(gao)速(su)公路(lu)(lu)的(de)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)測(ce)算(suan)有它的(de)特(te)點,每個收(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)一(yi)般需一(yi)個變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),每個收(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)主要由(you)四部分(fen)(fen)組成(cheng),一(yi)是(shi)車道(dao)(dao)收(shou)費(fei)(fei)亭負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he),二(er)是(shi)廣場、道(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu)照(zhao)明,廣州北(bei)環(huan)高(gao)(gao)速(su)公路(lu)(lu)電(dian)力照(zhao)明設備的(de)運(yun)(yun)行、節能(neng)及維(wei)修(xiu)經(jing)驗,三是(shi)收(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)房(fang)(fang)(辦公、宿舍(she)、廚(chu)房(fang)(fang)等(deng)),四是(shi)廣告(gao)、油(you)站(zhan)等(deng)外單位(wei)用(yong)電(dian)及其(qi)他負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)。車道(dao)(dao)收(shou)費(fei)(fei)亭負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)按2kW乘(cheng)(cheng)以(yi)車道(dao)(dao)數確定(ding);廣場、道(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu)照(zhao)明由(you)路(lu)(lu)燈(deng)(deng)、高(gao)(gao)桿(gan)燈(deng)(deng)組成(cheng),高(gao)(gao)桿(gan)燈(deng)(deng)功(gong)率為6.4kW/支,路(lu)(lu)燈(deng)(deng)為0.4kW/支,照(zhao)明負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)等(deng)于6.4kW×高(gao)(gao)桿(gan)燈(deng)(deng)數量+0.4kW×路(lu)(lu)燈(deng)(deng)數量;收(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)房(fang)(fang)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)由(you)各用(yong)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)總和(he)乘(cheng)(cheng)以(yi)同(tong)時(shi)使用(yong)率(一(yi)般取(qu)0.6 ̄0.7)確定(ding);廣告(gao)、油(you)站(zhan)等(deng)外單位(wei)用(yong)電(dian)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)由(you)外單位(wei)申請時(shi)提(ti)(ti)供,我們對他們負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)計算(suan)重新測(ce)算(suan)并調整。
以上四部分負(fu)荷之(zhi)和除以0.5(負(fu)荷率)為變壓(ya)器容量(liang)。北(bei)環高速的變壓(ya)器負(fu)荷率在40% ̄70%左右,處在較節(jie)能狀態。同時為增(zeng)加負(fu)荷提供可能。
利用節電(dian)(dian)器大幅減少不(bu)必要的(de)照(zhao)明耗電(dian)(dian)我們測量到(dao)北環高速深(shen)夜(ye)至凌晨車流(liu)量最少、用電(dian)(dian)低谷(gu)時(shi)(shi),變(bian)壓(ya)器輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)達到(dao)240V,這段時(shi)(shi)間不(bu)需要路燈那么亮時(shi)(shi),卻變(bian)得(de)最亮,這是很不(bu)經濟,也(ye)是很不(bu)合(he)理的(de)。這時(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang)到(dao)205V也(ye)不(bu)影響路燈正常照(zhao)明,我采用集中式智能(neng)節電(dian)(dian)器,可按市電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)及時(shi)(shi)間變(bian)化,調節三相電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),防止市電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)諧波(bo)干擾(rao),平衡三相電(dian)(dian)流(liu),平均節電(dian)(dian)率(lv)可達20%以上。

利用遙控(kong)開(kai)關(guan),高(gao)效(xiao)率(lv)關(guan)閉(bi)不(bu)必要的(de)(de)照明(ming)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)燈(deng)一般采用時(shi)(shi)控(kong)進行控(kong)制(zhi),原來在(zai)維修路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)燈(deng)或大霧天(tian)、惡劣天(tian)氣需要緊(jin)急(ji)亮燈(deng),在(zai)需關(guan)閉(bi)時(shi)(shi),就(jiu)要臨(lin)時(shi)(shi)派人去關(guan)閉(bi)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)燈(deng),這時(shi)(shi)電工(gong)到(dao)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)燈(deng)控(kong)制(zhi)開(kai)關(guan)箱關(guan)閉(bi)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)燈(deng),因(yin)為北環8段(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)燈(deng)的(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi)箱有幾個在(zai)地方路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)上或在(zai)架空橋梁段(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)面的(de)(de)底下,臨(lin)時(shi)(shi)完(wan)全關(guan)閉(bi)全線路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)燈(deng)需3個小(xiao)時(shi)(shi),效(xiao)率(lv)低下,為了解(jie)決這一問題,我們在(zai)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)燈(deng)控(kong)制(zhi)開(kai)關(guan)箱加裝遙控(kong)開(kai)關(guan),遙控(kong)范圍在(zai)500m左(zuo)右,可(ke)以不(bu)到(dao)控(kong)制(zhi)箱現場,只需沿高(gao)速(su)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu),在(zai)駕駛汽(qi)車(che)過程中(zhong)完(wan)成路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)燈(deng)的(de)(de)關(guan)閉(bi)。
按全(quan)線路(lu)(lu)燈每(mei)小時用(yong)電(dian)400元計,一次(ci)臨時關閉(bi)全(quan)線路(lu)(lu)燈節(jie)省(sheng)2小時,每(mei)次(ci)將(jiang)節(jie)省(sheng)800元。一年如有10次(ci)臨時開關路(lu)(lu)燈,將(jiang)節(jie)省(sheng)8000元,而投資費(fei)用(yong)僅為(wei)1500元。而且能(neng)應付緊急開關路(lu)(lu)燈的需要(yao)。
路(lu)(lu)(lu)燈(deng)(deng)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)防盜(dao)(dao)北環(huan)高速公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)全長22km,很(hen)多路(lu)(lu)(lu)段比(bi)較偏僻,經常(chang)發生供電(dian)電(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)被盜(dao)(dao)的(de)情況(kuang)(kuang)。嚴重影響了(le)路(lu)(lu)(lu)燈(deng)(deng)的(de)正常(chang)照明。北環(huan)高速的(de)路(lu)(lu)(lu)燈(deng)(deng)電(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)穿(chuan)PVC管(guan)放置(zhi)在公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)中央分割(ge)帶(dai),盜(dao)(dao)賊經常(chang)先打開(kai)相(xiang)鄰兩根路(lu)(lu)(lu)燈(deng)(deng)的(de)檢(jian)修(xiu)門,然(ran)后偷走(zou)中間的(de)BVV電(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)。針(zhen)對這(zhe)一情況(kuang)(kuang),我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)最先采(cai)(cai)取的(de)措(cuo)施是(shi)把(ba)檢(jian)修(xiu)門焊死(si),這(zhe)樣雖然(ran)增(zeng)加了(le)盜(dao)(dao)竊(qie)困難(nan),但(dan)(dan)同時也給我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)維修(xiu)帶(dai)來不便(bian)。后來盜(dao)(dao)賊又改(gai)為(wei)挖出穿(chuan)電(dian)纜的(de)PVC管(guan),鑿(zao)破(po)PVC管(guan),然(ran)后把(ba)電(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)或(huo)電(dian)纜偷走(zou)。對此我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)采(cai)(cai)取的(de)措(cuo)施是(shi)在修(xiu)復被破(po)壞(huai)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)時,由PVC管(guan)穿(chuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)改(gai)為(wei)鋼管(guan)穿(chuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian),由于鋼管(guan)很(hen)難(nan)鑿(zao)開(kai),盜(dao)(dao)竊(qie)的(de)難(nan)度大大增(zeng)加。雖然(ran)這(zhe)一措(cuo)施效果明顯,盜(dao)(dao)竊(qie)行為(wei)也大大減少(shao),但(dan)(dan)是(shi)費用(yong)高昂,一公(gong)里的(de)鋼管(guan)敷設費用(yong)約為(wei)10萬元,這(zhe)還不包括電(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)、電(dian)纜費用(yong)。而(er)且近期又發現盜(dao)(dao)賊鑿(zao)破(po)鋼管(guan)進行盜(dao)(dao)竊(qie)的(de)現象。對此為(wei)了(le)減少(shao)費用(yong)和防盜(dao)(dao),我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)對中央分割(ge)帶(dai)下電(dian)纜采(cai)(cai)取直埋(mai)方式(shi)敷線(xian)(xian)(xian),在不能(neng)直埋(mai)處,為(wei)了(le)不影響線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)上(shang)的(de)綠(lv)化,在修(xiu)復時我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)把(ba)電(dian)纜穿(chuan)入PVC管(guan),再(zai)往(wang)整段PVC管(guan)灌(guan)入水(shui)泥(ni)沙漿填死(si)。對原有PVC管(guan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(較偏僻處)我(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)都灌(guan)漿進行防盜(dao)(dao)。
經過以(yi)上處理(li),以(yi)住一(yi)個月有幾起被盜事件,現在二三個月才發生一(yi)次,而(er)且盜竊數量(liang)非常少。
